AM: 6 miles with 6x1 minute webb hill repeats

Today's run was pretty taxing but totally worth it. We did a warm-up to Webb Hill then when we got there we had 6 repeats and it was fun:) I love running hills so much:) bae sue and chloe really pushed me today and we were staying pretty close together. Having an awesome team to push me really helps me to find my best everyday. Thanks guys:)

AM: 6 miles

Today we ran out in the bone yard and it was pretty quality. Me bae sue and chloe pushed the pace today and it made me feel amazing! Going faster on long runs is super awesome. Can't wait to wreck this season!!! It is gonna be sooooooo lit!! 

We also had kids camp today and I am soo proud of my team for winning the relay race!:) We had a fight as well today lol. never a dull moment:)

AM: 7 miles: 3.75 mi warm-up, 15 min tempo, and cooldown for mileage

Today was an AMAZING RUN!! We did our warm-up and then started our tempo. We went about a 6:35-6:40 pace. I felt awesome because I made sure that I was in it mentally. Usually I am ok the first half then I fall off, but we all stayed as a pack until minute 13 then we started spreading a little. I was able to finish right behind Bailey and it felt really good;) I told myself that I can do anything that my amazing teammates can do and that my best would be good enough. It worked! My biggest focus this year is going to be mentally strong through the good and the bad and to always do my best although it will vary from day to day. I love running:)

Today we ran in pine valley and man the weather was awesome! I love running in the mountains and getting away from everything. I ran with Haley most of the time today and she rocked it! The elevation made breathing kinda hard but we got through it. The team only got lost a couple times lol:) I can't wait to start racing!

AM: 5 miles with fartleks

Today we went to BHNP to do a fartlek workout. Twas a gr8 time and our girls team FREAKING KILLED IT!!! We had a real right pack up top and lots of girls right behind! Not only is our Varsity gonna do amazing, our JV is going to be UNSTOPPABLE! I'm so proud of everyone that comes out everyday and gives everything they have, I really appreciate it and it makes me want to work harder too!! GO TEAM!!!

AM: 9 miles

Today we ran the last 9 miles of the marathon and ended at the park by the temple. It was actually a really quality run until I tripped and ripped up my hands and knee lol. My gr8 teammates helped me out tho so it was good. Then Chloe found our water bottles in the trash can pretty awesome. And then we got kneaders after. Best French toast ever:)
