Did a 1.5 mile warm-up then ran the 3200 then a 2 mile cool down. It was my first 32 and holy crap that was the longest, hardest race I have ever run. It was kinda frustrating mentally and I fell behind. But after this race I realized that I'm not gonna have a good race every week and that everyone has bad days or races. But I am grateful for the hard races so that when the good races come I am much more appreciative of them and use them to push myself harder. I love running so much!!
