AM: Vo2 max test (15min)

Holy cow. Today was mentally exhausting. We did the vo2 max test and it was really hard. I don't know what it is with me and running around the track but it's just so hard for me mentally. I'm really excited to be able to run the courses where it's different and stuff but I'm really proud of how well our team did today! Our top 5 girls went faster than any of the girls did last year! And I almost had a 400 meter pr! Thanks Lauren you pushed me sooo hard:) tragically, I am getting the start of a stress fracture rip. I'm gonna get new shoes today hopefully that will help me out. I'm just realizing not every day is gonna be my best and that is totally ok!! Improving in the long run is what I'm gonna focus on right now. I love running:)
