AM: 3 miles+ weights PM: 6 miles- 2 mile warmup, 12x400 meters (first 4 1:28, second 4 1:21, last four sub-1:21), 4x200 meter progression finishes. Holy cow. This workout was rough! Me, Bailey and, Chloe did the workout together because of work, and it was a really good push. My legs were still kinda tight from racing on Friday but it was felt good to go fast again:) I did my very best and it felt so good! I love running!! |
