AM: 3 miles + weights
PM: 2 mile warm-up, 6x800 meter repeats, 1 mile barefoot cool down.
Whew! Thought that workout was gonna be a lot harder than it was! We did grass repeats at a 3:15 pace and it felt real good. I ran with Serra and Chloe and the last repeat we all kicked it and finished at a 3:07. Definatley a W today! Then, on our barefoot cool down, coach gave us a life lesson about boys. Bravo coach, bravo.
Also I'm running the 1600 meters at Hurricane!! Can't wait!!
